IN A NUTSHELL

Nice to meet you! My name is Gigi, born and raised in Belgium from 2 German parents. I love sports! They have been a part of my daily life since as long as I can remember: I practiced gymnastics, horse riding, ballet, track & field, to ultimately dedicating my athletic career to spinning and fitness.

I started my path from graduating from the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne with a bachelor in science of in hospitality management. I embarked on my journey and moved to New York. I soon realized that my passion has always been related to the health and fitness industry and after I was lucky to attend the best classes, gym clubs, meeting top trainers, I managed to turn my passion into my career. After attending the European Institute of fitness in the UK I moved to Switzerland where I have been a full-time trainer ever since. I have been having the time of my life.

Today I am proud to say that I am an hybrid coach training with people locally and internationally, both online and face to face.


MY PHILOSOPHY

My philosophy is to always be at 150%, to tailor my sessions according to each of your goals and to use all resources available to make it the most efficient, fun and functional workout you can imagine.

I believe that movement as the power to heal someone from the inside out. I see exercise as a tool to help people feel and look great! It’s more than just for the aesthetics, it’s is also about being mentally strong and emotionally connected to your body!

Today I am proud to say that I train clients all over Switzerland, with different goals and exceptions.


SPECIALIZATION

I specialize in women’s coaching especially those who want to make fitness a part of their daily journey. I aim to help those who want to commit to a healthy and fitter lifestyle.

I specialize in fat loss for women, post natal and nutrition coaching.

I love to use one’ bodyweight as main piece of equipment as well as small mini band and free weights. I aim to create program and workouts that are accessible, challenging, efficient and help you get stronger physically and mentally!
